Woolworths has recently announced the launch of a new loyalty programme called MyDifference, which will eventually replace WRewards and MySchool as part of one, simplified system.
If you’ve received a message from Woolworths about this change and are unsure of what it means, here’s a quick breakdown:
What’s Changing?
- Woolworths is combining its loyalty programmes (WRewards and MySchool) into a new system called MyDifference.
- You will still be able to support Marsh Memorial Homes as a beneficiary, but you may need to reactivate or reselect us in the new system once it’s fully rolled out.
- MyDifference will be app-based, so donations, rewards, and beneficiary selections will now be managed via the Woolworths app.
- Physical cards are being phased out in favour of digital ones (though you can still request a physical card if needed).
What Should You Do?
- Keep an eye on your emails from Woolworths with instructions on how to switch to MyDifference.
- Once prompted, log into the Woolworths app, activate your MyDifference card, and ensure that Marsh Memorial Homes is selected as your beneficiary.
- If you don’t yet have the app, you can download it via the App Store or Google Play.
- Your current MySchool card will continue to work for now, but we recommend transitioning as soon as possible to avoid any interruptions in your support.
